The MindSmooth project seeks to bolster the mental wellbeing of European youth by offering user-friendly mental health resources, promoting awareness, simplifying access to support services, fostering a supportive online community, and integrating gamification for engagement. The project aims to positively influence mental health outcomes, mitigate stigma and empower young individuals with effective coping strategies, ultimately contributing to improved overall wellbeing among European youth.
In the dynamic framework of the MindSmooth project, our implementation activities are two-fold. First, we are fervently engaged in crafting innovative gamified mental wellness modules, thoughtfully designed to integrate seamlessly with Minecraft, a platform cherished by young individuals. Simultaneously, we are launching a pilot program. This program is prepared to deliver and meticulously evaluate the effectiveness of these engaging and supportive resources.
The MindSmooth project is expected to yield tangible results including an innovative gamified platform for mental health, accessible tools, and a supportive online community. Anticipated outcomes encompass improved mental wellbeing for European youth, reduced stigma, enhanced awareness and streamlined access to mental health services. The project aims to empower young individuals to effectively manage their mental health, fostering resilience and holistic wellbeing.
